Teresa "Fang Fang " Bartlinski

Teresa was born on December 25, 2006 in China. She was born with a very complex heart condition. In July 2010, GOD added Teresa to our family through adoption. We have been blessed with 9 wonderful children. Gods grace has woven us together as a family. Upon bringing Teresa home from China we unfortunately learned she not only needed a heart transplant but also a lung transplant. Her doctors feel she would not survive this operation. Please help us to pray for a miracle for Teresa's heart and lungs to be healed. She is a very special little soul who has touched so many lives around the world ...

The Boss

The Boss will have to write a book or have a movie made of the tremendous MIRACLES  that are happening in her life.

Teresa is resting right now.  She woke up several times today and tried her hardest to tell me to get this tube out of her mouth .  She kicked her feet and tried to pull the tube out .  She was also able to answer questions again by moving her head and eyes yes or no.  The nurses can not beleive with the amount of sedation she is on how she keeps waking up and answering questions coherently.  But I can .  It is her iron will to live .

Tomorrow is ANOTHER important day for the Boss.  If her lungs are clear enough she will have a heart cath to try and see exactly why her right heart is not functioning.  Based on the outcome it will determine the next course of treatment to help her heal.   I don't know nor do her Doctors know exactly what that will be.   Talk is it could be a right ventricle assist device to help give the right ventricle time to heal.  If anyone can do it Little Miss T can !

For the past 8 days she has overcome and God has carried her through EVERY emergency that has happened.  So many other little things have been happening to her also (non irradiated blood, blisteres at her IV sites , phlebitis, ATN acute tubular nephrosis, very enlarged liver and spleen, arrythmia,  EAT ectopic atrial tachacardia, ventricular tachacardia,  fluid in lungs)  and our girl is still FIGHTING!

Our dear lord has not left HIS little bride alone.  HE has given her a family and she is not letting go!

I'm a 37-year old female who was scheduled for shoulder surgery on Monday, 06/24. I was quite nervous and, as a result, didn't sleep at all the night before. As I was getting dressed on Monday morning, I saw the Today Show segment that featured Teresa. I was captivated by her presence. I looked over at my husband and stated that I was meant to see Teresa's story. I saw what a fighter she is and noted that our common bond is that we'd both be having surgery on this day. I told my husband that Teresa is stronger than I could ever hope to be and that if she could do it, surely I could. It was settled at that point and whatever fears I had went away almost instantaneously. As I was being wheeled away to the operating room, it was Teresa whom I thought of. Her smile lights the world and her will is unwavering. She helped me through my fears without even realizing it. I've been checking your blog ever since Monday and will continue to do so. My husband and I are praying hard for your sweet Teresa. I wanted to thank you personally for such a beautiful gift!

I prayed for Teresa in front of the Blessed Sacrament today during my Holy Hour and wrote her name in the book of intentions in our chapel where Eucharistic Adoration is happening nearly 24/7. Know there will be even more people praying for your princess around the clock. Thanks for sharing her First Communion pictures, they are precious. God be with all of you.

Teresa, you have captured our hearts and so many others. We are praying throughout the days for your healing and return to good health. You know, God is good and has a special place in His heart for the little ones. He has already blessed you with a wonderful family. He will never leave you or forsake you.

We live not far from you in Ellicott City and have a little girl who is also from Beijing (BCWI-1), happens to be 6 (March 2007) and joined our family just a month before you joined yours (June 2010). She loves princess anything, dances around the house (or pretty much wherever she happens to be) and is always making up little happy diddies (usually about how much Jesus loves her). She and her 3 older brothers are going get a little sister soon, also from China, probably this August. I think they would like to meet you one day.

May God Bless You and keep you in His powerful yet tender hands,
The Krol Family
