Teresa "Fang Fang " Bartlinski

Teresa was born on December 25, 2006 in China. She was born with a very complex heart condition. In July 2010, GOD added Teresa to our family through adoption. We have been blessed with 9 wonderful children. Gods grace has woven us together as a family. Upon bringing Teresa home from China we unfortunately learned she not only needed a heart transplant but also a lung transplant. Her doctors feel she would not survive this operation. Please help us to pray for a miracle for Teresa's heart and lungs to be healed. She is a very special little soul who has touched so many lives around the world ...

Wednesday Morning Update

The ECMO circuit was turned down this morning and the left ventricle looked great (the side repaired during Monday's surgery), however the right ventricle is not responding. Teresa will have a heart catheterization tomorrow to check the pulmonary pressure. If meds can't help the left side, there is talk about a possible lung transplant (unlikely and very high risk) or a right ventricle assist device (RVAD) (short term solution only).

Options are becoming more limited, but Teresa is still fighting hard. Please don't stop praying for her!!

Just curious. Can they not go in and repair the right side just as they did the left side? Praying hard for our warrior princess!

Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for he is strong in power; NOT ONE FAILETH.

Going to pray now for Teresa and your Family Laura. I know our God is our Healer, I've experienced His instant healing power in the past! It didnt take laying on of other's hands, special circumstances, rituals, tv cameras or any other thing. Just He and I, a simple act of faith and God's will to heal me in that instant. I couldnt do anything but laugh at that instant because it seemed so *unbelievable* and then I began to praise Him! I also know that sometimes our healing is a process, He decides the moment in time when He will apply His healing touch. I am praying that He will touch her at the point of her greatest need.

Praying for your sweet Princess. I am so happy she is at CHOP. My daughter had surgery there and the staff was fabulous - sweet, highly skilled and very communicative.
