Teresa "Fang Fang " Bartlinski

Teresa was born on December 25, 2006 in China. She was born with a very complex heart condition. In July 2010, GOD added Teresa to our family through adoption. We have been blessed with 9 wonderful children. Gods grace has woven us together as a family. Upon bringing Teresa home from China we unfortunately learned she not only needed a heart transplant but also a lung transplant. Her doctors feel she would not survive this operation. Please help us to pray for a miracle for Teresa's heart and lungs to be healed. She is a very special little soul who has touched so many lives around the world ...

It's 2:00 and you are in the hands of the doctors and the God is over seeing the process. You fight hard Princess who looked lovely going into her big procedure. You are blessed that you have the support and love of your family and friends from afar. Prayers are being said as I write this and the Spirit of The Lord is surrounding you. God bless Ann and Ed to keep the faith and strength. It's in God's hands. Amen!

Its 700pm eastern time...still waiting on an update. Praying that Teresa's surgeons are able to repair her left atrium, and that her hero's heart is able to be repaired. Princess Teresa has been through a lot, and is quite a fighter. She needs the prayers from everyone more now than ever. We are wrapping our arms around you sweetheart, and praying for healing. Hopefully, your surgery will be completed soon and you will be resting in your CICU room with your mommy and daddy by your side soon. Placing the faith in your physicians and nurses to help watch over you. We love you Teresa....you are such a beautiful princess. Keeping you in our prayers!!!!

Dear Ed, Ann and family, Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We have "walked in your shoes" as we adopted four "special needs" children, two from Korea, one daughter from China and one son from Maryland. The two boys' were born with Spina Bifida and have underegone over 80 surgeries at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The now 13 year old has spent much of his life enduring 60+ surgeries and is heading for two more very soon. Dr. Carson was the attending for the majority of the surgeries; along with 4 other surgeons for spinal fusions, bowel and bladder reconstruction etc. I average 6 appointments per week and I have lost count of the frequent trips to the emergency room. At present, the 13 year old continues to struggle with a leaking cecostomy tube for the past 3 years. He has had 14 "tube change outs"; along with a sealant to hopefully stop the leakage, but with a consult with another surgeon last weeks reveals two options of challenge. I cannot imagine how this young man can endure another surgery. He is now going through a very difficult time of the teenage years with the limitations that he will continue to face. We also reside in Maryland. I would be more than happy to share my email address with you when the time is right for you. It has been 26 years of living life in the O.R. and it seems like only yesterday when our first child arrived. Savor each and every moment. It is only God's time clock, not ours. Blessings and continued prayer for your beautiful family. Lois
