Teresa "Fang Fang " Bartlinski

Teresa was born on December 25, 2006 in China. She was born with a very complex heart condition. In July 2010, GOD added Teresa to our family through adoption. We have been blessed with 9 wonderful children. Gods grace has woven us together as a family. Upon bringing Teresa home from China we unfortunately learned she not only needed a heart transplant but also a lung transplant. Her doctors feel she would not survive this operation. Please help us to pray for a miracle for Teresa's heart and lungs to be healed. She is a very special little soul who has touched so many lives around the world ...

Defying the odds again

Ed an I can breath again thanks to the amazing  team of doctors and nurses at CHOP .
Teresa has defied the odds again .
Tonight while Teresa was being turned the ecmo cannula cracked causing Teresa to hemerage .  She is covered in blood and being given transfusions for the   massive amount of blood loss.
This has NEVER happened before an there will be an investigation to see what happened with this piece that broke .
Why it happened to Teresa I am still asking god .
We are so grateful for this team of doctors at CHOP!
Thank you all for praying for her ! You all are her amazing prayer warriors !

Yesterday I made more than 45 copies of Teresa's prayer card at work. From the more than 390 employees in my Department, I chose the special, select, and trusted coworkers of mine to give a copy and ask for the first personal thing I have asked of all but less than 5 of this very large group. Everyone I approached is now praying for Teresa, her Mother Ann, her Father Ed and adding her prayer lists in their congregations and temples in many faiths and doctrines. If even one of their prayers or requests helps in any small way I will feel blessed to have been an insignificant part of you family's journey.

Well, let me see if I can type through my tears. Thank you for sharing that beautiful video. Oh how I know your heart is breaking. She WILL pull through. God was with her and the doctors last night. His hand was guiding theirs. You said that this has never happened before, BUT they knew what to do that was because God was guiding them, otherwise they would never have fixed Teresa. God is awesome. Prayers from Louisville, KY Susan

Have prayed for your little one since she was brought to our prayer chain. Truly would appreciate it if your future references to God...were capitalized..out of respect..thinking of your family.especially your little one.

A friend posted your blog with a prayer request for Teresa last night, and in the past 24 hours I have read about the first 1/2 of your blog, and also all of Emery Min's story on her mama's blog. You are amazing examples and total inspirations! My husband and I are not ready for kids just yet but we have discussed the possibility of adoption before...your stories make me want to start right now!

I saw this article tonight and thought instantly of Teresa. It's not a recent article so maybe you/your physicians already know about this artificial heart and for whatever reason Teresa isn't a candidate...but just in case, I wanted to share it:
