Eyes wide open

Look who opened her eyes all the way today!  I wish I could say she was happy but she was not.  She does not like anything in her mouth.  She becomes very scared and puckers up her little lip and cries silent tears.  It breaks my heart.
The great news is she was stable today and had NO emergencies!   Praying for kidney function to improve!  Tomorrow she will rest and prepare for surgery on Monday to repair the left atrium.

But, its a great sign that she's opening her eyes. She's been through a lot. Praying that surgery on Monday will fix everything and little miss Teresa can look forward to better days ahead. Praying
that she gets a lot of rest today, so she can go into tomorrow as strong as possible. We are all keeping your sweet princess wrapped around our arms as we pray for comfort for Miss Teresa!! Stay strong!!! You can do this!!!
