How sad for little Gemma. Heartbreaking. Look what you and Ed instilled in your children. The love and believe of God and Heaven. That is what will get them through. Will be thinking about you tomorrow and the days ahead. Know our prayers are with you. Also know, we are there for you. You will never be alone. We spent a lot of time praying for Teresa...our work is not done...we are here for you now. Also know that I always wanted to meet Teresa. What an inspiration she is to me. I still plan on meeting you someday...to thank you in person for sharing your daughter with me...she taught me so much about life and love...I will never forget that. Take care.
I have been praying for your entire family, but especially for your precious Gemma. Our trio is 5 months apart and they think in "3"...always looking out for one another. Oh Gemma... what a reunion it will be one day in heaven, sweet one!
I have been wondering how Gemma has been doing!!! Poor baby! I feel so sad for her! Well....all of you!! It's just so hard to understand. Bless you all and stat strong in Jesus.
This has been our concern knowing how close these two are. Have been and will continue to pray for comfort for your whole family, especially Gemma. Hugs - The Carrs
Oh, sweet girl. I cannot imagine. Our 8 and 9 year olds are best friends, as well. They would be lost without each other. I'm praying for precious Gemma.
Oh, sweet Gemma! She must feel like she is missing half of herself. She has been on all of our minds...I keep thinking of how you have said she struggles with speech. I am praying she is able to have the words she needs to express herself and let you all know how she is doing and what she needs at this time. Praying praying praying for all of you and hoping Gemma and all of you can feel Teresa's presence when you need it. Susie
Oh....sweet sweet Gemma, my heart just breaks for you...I know you will have the support of your loving your family. I have thought of you so much during all this. Blessings to you and your family. Tammy
Have been praying for your family all day.....my heart goes out to each of you. Our Lord called you to a very difficult ministry of love for one of the least of these, and as you loved and ministered to Teresa and to each of her 4 China "sisters", you did it unto Him! May He hold in the palm of His hand and comfort you in these days of sorrow here on earth. Sweet Teresa is no doubt "being boss" in heaven, laughing, dancing, and enjoying her new heart and lungs, all with Jesus, our Savior! Bless you!!!

I love how God works in the covenant family. I have been praying for your family for years now. Over the past few days Gemma has been on my heart. I have begged God to heal her grief and help her to understand His love in such a sad place for her. God bless your sweet family and know that people all over are touched by sweet Teresa and called to pray for her best little buddy!
So precious it breaks my heart ! Your family and the loss of your (our) precious St .Teresa has brought so many people together for one common cause.New friends have been made ,new friends to pray for and to keep in touch with. All because we all love you ,your family and that precious princess Teresa !! My heart is breaking for you all .May God give you comfort .Sue Lucas Roanoke Va
I was worried about how this was affecting you and know you are sad and miss her, but also know you must be happy now that your best friend can play without her oxygen or getting tired. Teresa wants you to be happy because she knows one day you will be together again having fun. I will pray that you are not so sad and that Jesus will send angels to comfort you and your family.
God Bless you all...
